Eblasakimab – neue spezifische Antikörpertherapie bei Neurodermitis?

Eblasakimab, ein neuer gegen den IL-13-Rezeptor gerichteter monoklonaler Antikörper, kann die Symptome bei atopischer Dermatitis im Vergleich zu einem Placebo reduzieren. Die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit dieses neuen Behandlungsansatzes wurden in einer Phase-I-Studie evaluiert.
