Rektumkarzinom: Mit TNT mehr pCR – und nun?

In der bisherigen S3-Leitlinie wird die neoadjuvante Chemotherapie vor oder nach Radiochemotherapie ebenso wie die alleinige neoadjuvante Therapie beim Rektumkarzinom nur als Option für Studien aufgeführt. Das wird sich wahrscheinlich bald ändern.
