Dupilumab bei CRSwNP: Prädiktoren für langanhaltende Hypereosinophilie?

Unter der Therapie mit Dupilumab kann eine Hypereosinophilie auftreten. Bei manchen Patienten hält dies für zwölf Monate und länger an. Die vorliegende Studie zeigte nun, dass eine Eosinophilenzahl > 3,0 zwei Monate nach Beginn der Therapie ein Risikofaktor hierfür ist.
