Langes Überleben bei fortgeschrittenem NSCLC mit atypischen EGFR-Mutationen
Etwa 5–10 % der EGFR-mutierten NSCLC weisen atypische Mutationen auf. Diese Erkrankungen sprechen auf klassische EGFR-gerichtete Therapien, die sich gegen die Exon-19-Deletion und die Punktmutation L858R im Exon 21 richten, schlechter an.
