DDG 2026: Inkretinmimetika als Therapie bei MASH

Die Fettlebererkrankung ist Teil des metabolischen Syndroms und zu einem Großteil durch Fehlernährung bedingt. Diäten haben nur bei einem kleinen Teil der Betroffenen einen nachhaltigen Effekt. Bislang ist die bariatrische Chirurgie die effektivste Maßnahme.
