Darmultraschall ergänzt CED-Kontrolle
Klinische Symptome reichen alleine nicht aus, um die Krankheitsaktivität bei CED zu beurteilen. Deshalb werden fäkales Calprotectin und Darmultraschall zur nichtinvasiven Kontrolle herangezogen.
