DGHO 2024: Einsatz von JAK-Inhibitoren bei Myelofibrose

Seit 2012 steht der JAK-Inhibitor Ruxolitinib zur Behandlung von Patienten mit Myelofibrose zur Verfügung. Mit Fedratinib und Momelotinib sind seit kurzem zwei weitere Substanzen dieser Wirkstoffgruppe verfügbar.
