Talazoparib plus Enzalutamid erfolgreich bei mCRPC

In der TALAPRO-2-Studie wies die Kombination des PARP-Inhibitors Talazoparib mit dem Androgenrezeptorblocker Enzalutamid in der Erstlinienbehandlung von Patienten mit mCRPC einen hohen Nutzen auf, jedoch erhöhte sich durch die Ergänzung der Therapie auch die Toxizität.
