Psoriasis-Arthritis: Guselkumab wirkt über ein Jahr

Guselkumab zeigte im Vergleich zu Placebo in den Studien DISCOVER-1 und DISCOVER-2 bei Patienten mit Psoriasis-Arthritis, die naiv gegenüber Biologika waren oder zuvor Anti-TNF-a-Biologika erhalten hatten, eine Verbesserung der Gelenk- und Hautsymptome nach 52 Wochen.
