Anwendungsdauer von Dupilumab in der Praxis

Daten des BioDay-Registers zeigten, dass nach ein, zwei und drei Jahren 90%, 86% und 79% der Patienten mit atopischer Dermatitis noch Dupilumab anwendeten. Immunsuppressiva zu Studienbeginn, ein höheres Alter und sehr schwere AD führten häufiger zum Absetzen aufgrund von Nebenwirkungen.
