EHA2022: CLL - Mit Venetoclax bei Kopf-an-Kopf-Rennen vorne

Bei weniger fitten Betroffenen mit fortgeschrittener CLL ist die Kombination Venetoclax-Obinutuzumab einer Chemoimmuntherapie mit Chlorambucil-Obinutuzumab überlegen. Bei fitten Patienten ist aber bislang die Chemoimmuntherapie immer noch eine Therapieoption.
