ASH 2021: DLBCL: Ablösung für R-CHOP?

Aktueller Therapiestandard für Patienten mit DLBCL ist R-CHOP. Bis zu 40% der Patienten werden durch diese Behandlung aber nicht geheilt. Bessere Perspektiven verspricht eine Kombinationstherapie mit dem Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugat Polatuzumab vedotin.
